
Trained a New Procurement Team and Launched Their Journey into Category Management
A small window manufacturer had recently scaled up their procurement team, hiring a new manager and some bright new outside talent. Most of the team had only been in procurement less than two years and they needed to level up from simply cutting and managing purchase orders to truly driving value for their business.
