Janice Marquardt
Supply Chain Executive
Principal Consultant Janice Marquardt has over twelve years of experience with supply chain and procurement in the utility and manufacturing industries, including more than three years as the top-level executive supply chain leader. In these roles she created teams, united five different procurement teams across the US to one united supply chain, and focused on serving internal customers by maximizing supply chain value. Prior to supply chain, Janice was a design engineer for an equipment manufacturing company, where she learned Lean/Kaizen principles and honed her problem solving skills.
